How one idea became an inspiration

When this couple came to us with a dream of an intimate outdoor ceremony, we began with an idea – and step by step, turned it into reality. At first, they envisioned a forest setting, but over time the focus shifted to a location that could preserve the feeling of seclusion and serenity, while also offering comfort and relaxation. That’s when we suggested Vazisubani estate – and it became the beginning of a truly beautiful story.

We carefully explored the grounds to find the perfect ceremony spot. We walked around, took photos, studied the light and shadows – until we discovered a corner beneath a large tree that immediately “spoke” to the couple. It was there, under the green canopy, in the golden light of the setting sun, that the ceremony took place.

The bride dreamed of décor that would be unlike anything she had seen before – and we wholeheartedly shared her vision. Instead of a traditional floral arch, we created airy crystal hangings that caught the light and movement. This became the visual centerpiece of the ceremony and gave it a truly unique and personal character.

Our approach: sensitivity, creativity, precision

We were there every step of the way. When it turned out that the right shade of flowers was hard to find in Georgia, we quickly sourced an elegant alternative – spray roses that fit beautifully into the overall aesthetic. As new ideas emerged, we adapted, refined, and found the balance between dreams and reality. Our mission isn’t just to organize a wedding – it’s to ensure that every detail supports the atmosphere, the dream, and that feeling of “everything is just right.”

On the wedding day, we brought together a trusted team: coordinators, host, photographer, videographer, stylist, and makeup artist. Everything was in place to make the day smooth, joyful, and beautiful – so the couple could simply enjoy the moment, while we took care of the rest.
